Terms and Conditions

When the repair is complete, which is usually the day we receive them, we will contact you for payment and ship your stylers back.  Our fixed price of £25 includes all electrical parts and labour, this is subject to parts availability and shipping excludes public and bank holidays.  We will email you if there are any delays.  All our repairs are sent back by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery.
By sending in your ghds you are authorizing us to repair them and charge you £25 unless they are non genuine or have broken/snapped arms.

No Repair No Fee

All genuine ghds are guaranteed to be repaired. Please see sections Additional Charge Items and Fakes.

Additional Charge Items

The fixed price repair does not include broken/snapped in half ghds, please contact us and quote model and color for a quote, usual price is £39.95.

Repair Warranty

All our repairs come with a 3 month warranty, starting from the date the stylers are dispatched back to you.  The warranty covers the original fault only and you may be charged if the fault is not related to the original.  The warranty does not cover accidental or willful damage.  You will pay postage costs to return your stylers to us and we will pay for the return postage back to you.

Fakes - Non Genuine GHDs

If you suspect your ghds are fake then please contact us and we will assist you.  If you do send in non genuine ghds we will return your stylers back but there is £3.99 postage and packaging fee.

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback then we may use this on our website, facebook or google pages.

Liability

Limitation of liability.  The buyer shall be limited to damages not accumulating more than the cost of a like for like product and the seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage.

Data Protection

When you register to use our services or purchase products we keep a record of your details and may from time to time send you information about services, products or special offers.  If you do not wish to receive such information please use the contact us page with a subject heading of `no offers`.
